General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ozeanwelle, in particular the booking and execution of bodywork and massage sessions.

2. Booking and Appointment Scheduling

Bookings can be made online through our booking system. A binding contract is formed upon confirmation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price may be charged.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made on-site after treatment, in cash or by bank transfer.

5. Health Notices

Our treatments do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. If you have any existing conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor before booking. Ozeanwelle assumes no liability for health consequences resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6. Travel Costs

For mobile treatments, the travel cost zones listed on the website apply. Travel costs are added to the treatment price.

7. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
